Attendance Enterprise - Archived Time Cards Screen
When you access and view time card information, you are usually working on current data or data from the recent past. However, data from earlier pay periods is still available for you to view. Attendance Enterprise automatically archives all of its time card information. The information is stored in an efficient, electronic format that is easy to retrieve and review. The number of years of archived data stored online is completely up to you.
Online archives make it easy to respond to inquiries about an employee's old time cards. Using the Archives window, you can view and print the punches, schedules, and supervisor edits from the requested time.
The Summary Sheet can also provide archived information. It can summarize the activity of multiple employees from archived pay periods. You can create a summary based on any data in the online archives.

The Archived Time Card window shows punch dates and times, daily totals, daily schedules, and exceptions in a format similar to the Time Card window. Any edits to the time card are shown in the supervisor edit area in the center of the Time Card Archives window. Exception totals are displayed in the lower left corner of the window. The lower right corner of the Archived Time Card window displays period totals by work group and by pay designation.
