 MM-6800 (Medium-Range)
Our standard Mullion Mount (MM-6800) reader gives you the read range of other "Mid-Range" readers at the cost of a "Mini". It is designed to be mounted directly on a metal door frame/mullion and it is metal compensated so there is minimal reduction in read range. The range of the MM-6800 is 6-8 inches and is designed for both indoor and outdoor applications.
 The Sentinel-Prox MM-6800 reader electronics are potted with a UL-approved compound that makes it impervious to the elements. It is manufactured in an ISO 9000 certified facility providing for the highest quality standard. It is highly reliable, warranted for life and comes in dark gray (standard) and beige colors. The high tech styling of this reader, combined with its superior range, will impress your customers.
The Sentinel-Prox MM-6800 reader is easily configured to meet the needs of virtually all Access Control Systems. The MM reader can output WiegandT and RS-232 data and features annunciator and LED feedback.

MR-1824 (Medium Range)
 The Sentinel-Prox Medium Range (MR) reader stands out among its competitors for mid-range proximity readers. The MR-1824 is in a class all to itself with an industry best 18-24 inches in a compact 8 x 8 x 1 inch enclosure. No more misreads, fumbling to get the card closer to the reader, the MR-1824 reads at maximum range every time. And, it does so at an unprecedented 600 mA's at 12 VDC. It is designed for indoor or outdoor mounting applications.
The MR-1824 reader electronics are potted with a UL-approved epoxy to seal them against adverse environmental conditions. It is manufactured in an ISO 9000 certified facility providing for the highest quality standard. It is highly reliable, warranted for life and comes in dark gray. LR-911 (Long-Range)
 The Sentinel-Prox Long Range (LR) reader LR-911 is in a class all to itself with an industry-best 9-to-11 feet read range within a compact 8 X 9.5 X 1.125 inch compact package. The LR-911 is perfect for outdoor applications such as AVI (automated vehicle identification), parking entry, and gate controls. The LR-911 is also perfect for indoor applications such as asset monitoring and tracking.
Operating in the license-free 900 MHz band, the LR-911 is the first access control reader that combines the convenience of 900 MHz technology with a fast multi-tag feature and access industry's Wiegand format output. Multi-tag capability makes it easy to set up portal or hallway asset monitoring stations to determine the flow of assets.
The innovative construction of the LR-911 reader provides a seal against adverse environmental conditions.
