Joey Burns, Vice President of Customer Service, has been with ITR more than 20 years and is well-known in the industry for running one of the most innovative and highly-trained service facilities in the country.
Mike Brown, Help Desk Lead, joined ITR over 9 years ago and brings his 21 years of parking industry experience to the ITR Help Desk. Mike has managed airport, hospital, municipal, and Class A office building parking environments.
Ray Fitzsimons, ITR Repair Depot Manager, has over 10 years experience with ITR. He trains parking service personnel from around the country in the ITR Training Center and performs component/board level repair on all FAPD equipment brought into the Repair Depot.
Additionally, we have a staff of factory-trained field personnel who are dedicated to repairing your equipment quickly and affordably. In fact, most service calls are handled the same day the call is placed.
